Self Managed Association
Green Dolphin Park Golfview Homes Condominium Association, Inc. is a self-managed Condominium Association, meaning, we do not rely on a third-party management company to manage the affairs of our association. In accordance with the Florida State Statutes Section 718, the Board of Directors have completed the required DBPR Board of Directors Certification Course and is responsible for: 1) Maintaining the association roster of unit owners, 2) Maintaining a current ledger of unit owners’ Statement of Accounts, 3) Maintaining historical and accounting records, and 4) Discharging their fiduciary responsibilities with a relationship to the membership to manage the affairs of the association including maintaining the association’s property.
Board Willing to Share Their Talents
We are able to be self-managed primarily due to a Board of Directors who have varied backgrounds and are willing to freely give their time for the benefit of all 32 Condo owners. Some of these backgrounds include: Community Associatiion Managers (CAMs), Civil Engineering, Insurance, Finance and Information Technology (IT).
Committees to Address Our Needs
Committees, comprised of owners/residents, are being formed to address certain areas of need. Some examples of these are landscaping, pool, social, and other future committees in the planning stage.
